_construct() 函数创建一个新的 SimpleXMLElement 对象。
语法
_construct( _data,options,data_is_url,ns,is_prefix_ );
假设我们有如下的 XML 文件，"note.xml"：
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <note> <to>Tove</to> <from>Jani</from> <heading>Reminder</heading> <body>Don't forget me this weekend!</body> </note>
实例 1
从 URL 中创建一个 SimpleXMLElement 对象：
