Google了一下，发现应该这么写：
use Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Request;
public function updateAction(Request $request)
{
$foo = $request->get('foo');
$bar = $request->get('bar');
}
post方式请使用：
$foo = $request->request->get('foo');
get方式请使用：
$foo = $request->query->get('foo');
